the optometrist was very professional and good at his job. the only thing I have a problem with is that last time I had my eyes tested i spent nearly £450 on the glasses. I chose being assured that I could have my next lenses put in them. I was.told.they (Boots??) didn't like this and it would cost me £90 for the privilege. I think this is a rip off as you can get lenses and frames for.less than that and if I'd have known that the £450 frames were only "valid" for a.couple of years then I wouldn't have bought them and I'm seriously considering going somewhere else in future

Katie, the option optician was really lovely. She was friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease. She explained everything she was doing. Couldn't be happier.

The person who was initially dealing with me after my test disappeared and I couldn't find him so I had to be delt with by someone else. Other than this I received great care

Mr Harris Mughal carried-out my eye-test at Boots Sheffield Meadowhall. He noticed defects (asymptomatic) and refered me to hospital. The hospital doctor diagnosed Retinoschisis in both eyes and commented that it was subtle and that my optician had done well to detect it.
